What are your operating hours?
We are open from Monday to Thurday from 8h00 to 16h30 Fridays from 8h00 to 15h00. Please note - we are not open during weekends or holidays.
I prefer to shop in person instead of online, can I visit your store or place an order telephonically?
You are welcome to visit us during our operating orders. Just keep in mind that we don’t have a physical store, but you can view all items in our showroom and wait while we pack your order. Alternatively you can call us on (011) 913-1390 and speak to one of of retail consultants.
My Account
I have forgotten my login details, what now?
No need to worry, if you have forgotten your password. Simply click on the “forgotten password” link, You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
My personal details have changed; how can I update it?
Please login to your account, go to details, change necessary and update.
I have placed an order an only saw afterwards my delivery address is incorrect?
The best option is to immediately call us (operating hours) or send an email to info@leoneldaretail.co.za. We will confirm receipt and ensure address corrected and your orders sent to the correct address.

I'm looking to purchase certain items and I need some guidance, can someone assist me?
If you need assistance with ordering or advise, please get in touch with our sales. Our knowledgeable sales team are on hand to offer advice and will help you to make the right choice.
I can’t find an item under the menu headings
Type in the search block the products name and enter. All items containing this name will be listed.
A product is out of stock, and I want to be informed when it is back in stock
Click the “Notify me” button underneath the item and then complete details. We will receive a notification and once in stock call, email or whatsapp you.
Else, send an email to info@leoneldaretail.co.za with your details and the product description requesting to be contacted once in stock.<

How do I pay for my order?

My Orders
Can I change my order once I have checked out?
Orders can’t be changed, once you have checked out and paid for you order. Therefore, always check before checking out and proceeding to pay.
Delivery
Do the prices on the website include delivery?
Our standard delivery for all orders is R120.00 regardless of weight or volume. We offer a free delivery for all order over R750.00
Can I or someone else collect my order from Leonelda?
You’re more than welcome to collect your order from our premises. Please ensure that you / person collecting provide us with your order number.
Please select “Collect” when checking out.
Can I arrange for my own courier to collect from Leonelda?
You may collect your order from us once you receive notification of order packing completed. Please select “Own Courier Collect” when checking out.
How long would delivery take from placing my order?
We strive to pack all orders within 2 hours. The couriers collect twice a day from us and depending on the order time, your order will leave with our courier either the same day or the next morning. Please keep in mind that orders placed during weekends and public holidays will only be packed during our operating hours.
Delivery of courier parcels are dependent on the area of delivery. Certain areas take 24 hours and other outlying areas might take up to 72hrs.
I have placed my order a week ago and still have not received it.
Once your order leaves our premises, we will sms a tracking number to you. You can track your order on the link provided but if you have not received your goods after a week, please contact us immediately and we will track and trace it for you.
I am not sure which delivery option to choose?
We offer 3 options
for delivery:
Courier - Our Courier, The
Courier Guy
Collect – Yourself of someone on your behalf collects from our premises.
Own Courier
Collect – You arrange your own courier to collect from us.
What happens if I choose the wrong delivery option?
It is imperative that you contact us immediately should this happens. We pack orders differently for each option and need to know delivery option before packing takes place.
Order Received
I have received my order, but some items missing.
All our orders go through a triple checking process, but we are only human and can make mistakes. If there are any items missing or perhaps an incorrect item packed, we please ask that you immediately call or email us. We may also ask that you provide us with images. (No claims will be accepted after 48hours from receipt of your order).
We will attend to this immediately by checking our stock levels, packing sheets as well as cameras to identify and rectify the problem.
Within no more than 2 hours, we will get back to you and ensure that the correct items are packed and given to courier.
I have received my order but ordered the wrong items or items not what expected.
Please contact our customer care on info@leoneldaretail.co.za or 0119131930 immediately. Our customer care will provide you with the necessary information and steps to take.
Please bear in mind that If a replacement or credit is required due to product not to your liking or not as expected, you will be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Also note that returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully. Exchanges will not be permitted.
Due to the nature of our products we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns. Also note that we don't accept returns nail varnish, gels or tweezers.
