Shipping policy
- We strive to pack all orders within 2 hours. The couriers collect twice a day from us and depending on the time of order, your order will leave with our courier either the same day or the next morning. Please keep in mind that orders placed during weekends and public holidays will only be packed during our operating hours.
- Goods will be handed over to courier once payment reflect in our account and have been cleared. If you choose to make an eft payment please ensure to use your order number as reference.
- Delivery timeframes is from when order is handed over to The Courier Guy and will be delivered at the address specified on your order. Timeframes for major centres are normally 24-28 hours and outlying areas 48 – 72 hours. Please keep in mind that orders dispatched during peak times (eg, Christmas) might take longer.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded and no parcels are delivered over these times)
- We charge a flat rate of R120.00 regardless of the order amount, parcel weight or dimensions. Free delivery on orders over R750 in South Africa.
These amounts are subject to change at our discretion at any time. Delivery fees are determined by The Courier Guy and in the event of an increase, this will be passed to you the purchaser.
Please note – any not standard outlying area like a farm, or very remote area may attract an additional courier fee.
