Refund policy
- Our ultimate goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase and would like to see you as a returning customer. If for any reason, youโre not satisfied with your purchase or ordered the wrong items, we ask that you to contact us immediately once you have unpacked your goods. (info@leoneldaretail.co.za or 0119131930) Our customer care will provide you with the necessary information and steps to take. Please do not return goods, without contacting us and obtaining a reference number.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, we will inspect and then process a credit note. You will get a full refund less all the costs incurred by Leonelda. (actual delivery costs)

Please Note
- For hygienic purposes we can not accept goods for return unless still in original packaging and unused. Also note, we don't accept returns on nail varnish, nail gels, tweezers or sale goods.
- Purchases must be returned within 7 days from receipt of order. Please bear in mind that if a replacement or credit is required due to product not to your liking or not as expected, you will be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise. Also note that returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
- If an unwanted product is returned for another product, the purchaser will be charged or refunded the difference and shipping of new item/s will be deducted.

- We take all reasonable measures to ensure product information, price and delivery charges are accurately reflected. However, should there be any error/s, we as Leonelda will not be liable for any loss, claim or expenses relating to this. If an incorrect price has been ordered & paid, we will refund this to you.
