Each sleeve contains 6 capsules (steps) for one treatment - 

Coffee Salt Soak 12g/pot - Dissolve the right amount of salt soak in warm water and soak for 10- 15 minutes.

Coffee Scrub 12g/pot - Apply scrub to the hands or feet, gently rub and massage for 2-3 minutes, rinse off with fresh water.

Serum 0.5g x 2 - Apply serum to hands or feet, ensuring to also cover areas in between fingers and toes. Wait few seconds to penetrate completely and proceed to next step.

Coffee Massage Butter 10g/pot - Apply appropriate amount to hand and foot, massage gently until absorbed.

Coffee Mask 10g/pot - Place the mask onto the hands or feet, wrap them up with plastic wrap or plastic protector bags, wait for about 10 minutes for best absorbing result. You cover hands or feet with towels for added warmth.

Coffee Lotion 10g/pot - Apply appropriate amount to hand and foot, massage gently until absorbed.
