A stabilized, crème based and subtly fragranced developed for the Refectocil eyelash & eyebrow tints. Only the use of Refectocil Oxidant guarantees the tinting results of Refectocil tints.
Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.
Directions;
Mix 15-20 drops of crème oxidant with 2cm of tint (pea size of tint = pea size of oxidant) Sufficient for approximately 200 applications.
