Each sleeve contains 4 capsules (steps) for one treatment - 

•Silky Shine Scrub (12g/pot) - Apply scrub to the hands or feet, gently rub and massage for 2-3 minutes, rinse off with fresh water.

• Silky Shine Massage Butter (10g/pot) - Apply appropriate amount to hand and foot, massage gently until absorbed.

• Silky Shine Mask (10g/pot) - Place the mask onto the hands or feet, wrap them up with plastic wrap or plastic protector bags, wait for about 10 minutes for best absorbing result. You cover hands or feet with towels for added warmth.

• Silky Shine Lotion (10g/pot) - Apply appropriate amount to hand and foot, massage gently until absorbed.
